About the Business

ACS were formed in 1991 to specialise in the installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems. Since this date ACS have expanded and now include services such as heating and electrical installation/service/ maintenance.

ACS are registered with GAS SAFE for heating and with the NICEIC for electrical services. ACS are accredited installers for both Daikin and Mitsubishi air conditioning equipment.

Our customer base is wide ranging and diverse including premises such as pubs, restaurants and office buildings.

Ventilation and Air Conditioning Service/Maintenance:

Our ventilation and air conditioning engineers are fully trained in the service and maintenance of various types of air conditioning installations. ACS are accredited installers for both Daikin and Mitsubishi equipment.

Electrical Service/Maintenance:

Our electricians are trained to work on the service and maintenance of commercial property installations. Our electrical testing is carried out in accordance with NICEIC regulations and our testing includes:

Electrical Installation Condition Reports.
Portable Appliance Testing And Certification.
Emergency Lighting Testing and Certification.
Fire Alarm Testing and Certification.

We also have a team working on the installation of new electrical services to premises.

Gas Safety Inspections and Boiler Servicing:

Our Gas Safe Engineers carry out the service and maintenance of various types of gas installations, including boilers, gas fires, gas fired AHU's etc.
