Maintenance Services

We provide planned preventative maintenance of mechanical and general property maintenance, throughout the UK. Our mobile service technicians deliver planned and reactive response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide a one stop point of contact with a friendly helpful service.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and response time. Our experienced engineers are qualified to B&ES standards for air conditioning and NAPIT for electrical work. We are also registered with Gas Safe, Safe Contractor, CHAS, REFCOM and other national quality and supplier accreditations. We have installed a bespoke logging and tracking system for our reactive maintenance and installations. Each job is time logged and progress can be checked at all stages.

Our help desk is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 24 hour call out backup facility. We believe in quality of service and not just response time to call outs. We pride ourselves on getting the right skills for the right job, every time. Our fleet is managed with a vehicle tracking system, to ensure that you get a rapid response to any emergency.

Calders provide a diverse, professional HVAC design and installation services, including full-turnkey project management to bespoke design and installation, for all business types, regardless of industry sector. All of which is complemented by offsite manufacturing options and long-standing supply chain partnerships. Our proposition revolves around the ability to deliver a wide range of mutually compatible services.

With considerable experience operating in the retail sector undertaking many ‘fast track’ fit outs for national high street retailers, we are well positioned to respond quickly and achieve competitively priced roll out programmes.

Design

Design

We can offer you a full design solution. We firmly believe we can add value to your business in this respect. We have carried out numerous AC installations and replacements alongside major R22 replacement projects. Within our business we have Chartered Building Services Engineers with over 20 years design, design management and project management experience within a wide range of sectors.

The majority of this experience has been gained working for Major Global Consultants where we have been responsible for a number of technical projects. We bring innovation to our design process. We also have experience of low energy, lean and affordable design solutions meeting the clients and end users’ satisfaction in a pragmatic fashion, following through with ‘soft landing’ services involving any fault finding and the validation of complex systems/projects throughout its early operational lifetime.

Having this resource available at all times in the project means that knowledge and experience are never lost but is simply on the end of the phone or email. We recognise that communication is key to any successful design, which is enhanced by a familiar and constant service (and personnel).

Our own in-house team is complemented by a network of specialists and consultants, ensuring that we can provide the latest, innovative solutions across every aspect of a proposal and design.
