Our service runs from the initial design stages, through installation to the maintenance and servicing of the equipment that we install. We also take on maintenance contracts for your existing equipment. The engineer that visits you will advise on the design, system and manufacturers that would meet the demands of your personal situation. They will also advise you on whether your premises will be best suited to a wall, floor or ceiling mounted unit.
We have been supplying Air Conditioning and Refrigeration solutions to both large commercial institutions and small domestic residences for 15 years. Domestic
Domestic Air Conditioning is becoming increasingly popular as it is no longer expensive, noisy or ugly to have on your wall. Usually very easy to install, Domestic Air Conditioning is very reliable. We have fitted units in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens and conservatories.
If you were to have a heat pump air conditioning system installed, you could keep your house warm in the winter and cool in the summer to create a more comfortable environment to entertain guests, relax at the weekend and sleep at night.
Reduced Rate 5% VAT on Domestic Air Source Heat Pump Applications. VAT has been reduced on all air source heat pumps through a change to the VAT Act 1994, in Statutory Instrument 2005 No. 726 which came into force on the 7th April 2005.
The reduced rate only applies to the supply and installation of air source heat pumps to buildings that are either:
a) residential accommodation, or
b) intended for use solely for a relevant charitable purpose.
If the contractor supplies an air source heat pump to a qualifying final customer but does not install it, then the standard rate VAT will apply. As with all our services, the Free, no obligation site survey is carried out by one of our highly experienced engineers.
