AIR CONDITIONING WORKS: Removal & disposal of the existing unit, plus supply and installation of a like-for-like (5kw) Mitsubishi ceiling cassette system – with the internal unit, external unit and interconnected services to be installed as per the existing set-up. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: The new system has the same electrical requirements as the existing AC so we can re-use the existing power supply - but we strongly advise that you have an electrical safety test carried out soon after the works to double check that the power supply is safe for continuous use.
