All Contracted customers have access to our services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Burgin engineers are fully qualified in their field, drive fully equipped liveried service vehicles and all use handheld PDA devices to enable real time exchange of information and reports with our customer support centre.

Mechanical and Electrical Design and Installation is taken on by our in-house contracting team, who are fully experienced in the running and organising of fast track installation and refurbishment work. Our staff are capable of carrying out the full design required on projects either working from the clients design brief or recommending and preparing a design from their own expertise and recognised design standards. The very latest Hevacomp and AutoCAD design software support the experienced Burgin in-house design team. A programme of works is issued and agreed with the customer prior to our commencement on site. Throughout the project the customer will be kept informed of the progress on site, variation and cost changes. The success of any project will be dependent on the design and installation teams working closely together.

Each installation project has an assigned project engineer who will provide the link between our on-site installation engineers and the customer (be-it an end-user or main contractor; our supported infrastructure ensures quality of service at every level).
