We will ensure that all contract client units will meet the F Gas regulations, which came into effect on 1stJuly 2007, Space Services are An F Gas Registered Company qualified to the recent City and Guilds 2079 standard, this is now a Legal requirement for all Air Conditioning Engineers working on Any equipment.

All engineers employed by us are fully qualified within the air conditioning industry they hold NVQ and city & guilds qualifications and regularly attend training courses to upgrade their skills to keep up with the new technology. SPACE operates a call out system which diverts all calls to a senior engineer outside normal office hours, so a competent Air Conditioning engineer is always a phone call away.

The Maintenance of the modern air conditioning unit is very important as planned preventative maintenance will extend the life of your air conditioning units, maintneance can prevent breakdowns and ensure the equipment is working correctly .

Poorly Maintained Air conditioning equipment can increase running cost by up to 30%. A leak of 15 per cent of your system's refrigerant charge can halve its operating capacity, meaning it has to run for double its design hours, which shortens its life and pushes up running costs.

We will ensure that all contract client units will meet the F Gas regulations, which came into effect on 1st July 2007.
We specialise in the servicing and maintenance of all types of air conditioning units from the small unit to the largest chiller.

Many emergency breakdowns would have proved unnecessary had the unit been maintained at what really is very little cost... and certainly less cost than your computer system failing from heat overload!

We provide preventative and scheduled maintenance services to ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency at peak times. A properly maintained system reduces risk of breakdowns or replacement costs. Maintenance cost start from as little as £20.00 per unit.

Space Services have over 20 years experience in the Installation of Air Conditioning Equipment, providing first class competitively priced installations. We can Design, Supply and Install equipment to suit your needs and being independant we are not restricted to any one manufacturer

We work Closely with all our clients to provide the most suitable systems to meet your needs. All installations are carried out with the minimum disruption to your businesss and can be completed out of business hours should this be a requirement.

We are approved Installers for Daikin, Mitsubishi , Toshiba and Airedale . Space have a vast experience in installing single split units VRV, VRF, Multi Splits, AHU DX systems up to 200 KW. We have carried out installations nationwide in all manner of applications.
