Single/MFD Fire Dampers

MFD dampers are suitable for horizontal or vertical installation with an external shaft handle to give a clear indication of where the blade is positioned, have been designed to stop the spread of fire through ducts – which pass through walls/floors with the use of an electro thermal fuse which is triggered when temperatures reach 72°C degrees. Manufactured in galvanised steel MFDs are produced in a wide range of sizes – inline with the most common duct sizes ranging from 100mm to 50mm diameters.
