Against a ‘functional specification’Glenn developed a detailed specification against which he quoted a lump sum which was accepted. The work was carried out in phases integrating with other disciplines and was completed expeditiously and on time. The system is fully operational and operating to customers full satisfaction and probably exceeding design parameters.
