Serco is registered to award Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and are also fully registered as Green Deal Energy Assessors. Additionally, Serco is a MCS (Microgeneration Certified Scheme) registered company and a Green Deal Accredited Installer which means we are accredited to install air source heat pumps in domestic properties which allows the end user to claim the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). We are an Accredited Installer of Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning and offer up to five years manufacturer’s parts and labour warranty.
