About the Business
Founded in 1993, Building & Maintenance Services Limited (BMS) are a leading provider of all types of air conditioning, ventilation, electrical and mechanical, installation and preventative maintenance. Based near Leicester, BMS provide services across the entire country in places such as Birmingham, Nottingham, Northampton, Coventry, Milton Keynes and Derby.
Specialising within the industrial, commercial and leisure sectors BMS are approved Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric D1 and BSP partners respectively, as well as working closely with other major manufactures such as Panasonic amongst others. We are continually providing training to all of our engineers with assistance from the manufacturers and also with various other courses including IPAF and PASMA.
With a dedicated team of fully F-gas trained in house engineers, BMS provide comprehensive design and installation services as well as bespoke service and maintenance agreements to a variety of different sites nationwide. In addition to our own personnel, we have access to a comprehensive network of specialist sub-contractors who are selected for their technical expertise, professionalism and commitment to quality.
