We provide a comprehensive multi-disciplined package including surveys, design, installation, repair and maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning and Building/Fabric. In addition, we also undertake commissioning management, hands on commissioning, water treatment and preparation of bespoke Operation & Maintenance Manuals.

We offer a nationwide service with existing Clients including Carillion, Genting Casinos, Mitie, British Telecom, Maritime Coastguard Agency and Cofely. Our highly efficient team of Management, Qualified Engineers, Coordinators and Administrators all work closely with our Clients to ensure that we deliver a top class service.

HVAC Installation

HVAC can be as simple as installing a single split AC unit or fan, to the design and installation of a fully integrated system which can incorporate AHU’s, Condensers, Chillers, Boilers, FCU’s, AC Equipment, Ductwork, Dampers, Heating/Chilled Pipework, Electrical Supplies, Gas, and BMS.

Ascot have the knowledge, qualifications and experience to assist in all aspects of your HVAC requirements. Our engineers will work with you to ensure the process is managed professionally throughout to ensure you have the correct system to meet your site/legal requirements whilst also taking into consideration site logistics and costs.

We are constantly reviewing the latest technologies and manufacturers innovations and will work with you to ensure the optimum solution is achieved to ensure a reduced initial capital outlay whilst keeping energy costs and CO2 emissions to a minimum.

Planned Maintenance / Repair – Our in-depth knowledge and trading relationships with the leading manufacturers ensure we are able to effectively manage your repair / maintenance requirements.

Monitoring / Control – In February 2015 Ascot opened its 24 hour operations room which support our 24 hour call out operation whilst also undertaking remote monitoring of our clients’ sites where requested. This service will enable systems to be controlled and monitored remotely which ensures we are able to respond to issues promptly.We can also issue reports on various aspects of your HVAC equipment including fault trends and energy usage.
